Your first day at Hood Fitness!

Welcome to the Hood! Upon your arrival, you'll be welcomed and guided through the check-in process for your class. We recommend getting here 10 minutes prior to the start of the workout.

Workout Demo & Warmup

Your coach will guide you through the day's exercises, providing clear instructions and insightful explanations to ensure a rewarding workout experience. Then you will get your body warm and ready to work out.
